Studies show that the trust of employees in the entire organisation and the company management is the decisive determinant for productive changes and ultimately for the success of the company. Together with the rheingold Institute, I have therefore developed the "Organisational Trust Score" (OTS), which can be used to measure employee trust and identify the most important barriers and areas for development.
